MARINA PRECINCT

The Marina Precinct will be located on the north-west of the Island and will be the heart and soul of the Island. It will include a 250 berth marina, yacht club, ferry terminal, barge terminal, restaurants, shops and the research centre.

The marina village offers a multitude of activities for day visitors and those staying a longer period with a variety of dining options, shopping and a beach club anchoring the development with direct access to Putney Beach. Above the ground floor retail area, will be a range of luxury apartments over two levels. The apartments will have spectacular views over the marina and have sensational sunsets over the Great Barrier Reef waters.
